Kelli Johnson: With a Master’s in Industrial/Organizational Psychology and more than 15 years of experience providing assessment, recruitment, and retention expertise and guidance – including 9 years with the State of California – Kelli currently serves as Program Manager of California Correctional Health Care’s (CCHCS) Workforce Development and Employment Services. In this role, she guides a team of more than 30 HR professionals in their efforts to attract and hire highly skilled and sought after professionals to join the over 17,000 CCHCS employees dedicated to bringing California’s correctional health care to constitutional levels.
Erika Patton: A physician recruiter with almost 20 years’ experience in the field of recruitment advertising, Erika specializes in providing health care organizations with marketing and advertising strategies to recruit, hire, and retain their most valuable assets: clinical and executive staff. For the past five years she has applied these skills to California Correctional Health Care Services, with a focus on rebranding the organization as a leader in correctional health care and an employer of choice in the health care community.
