Stay-at-home orders related to the COVID-19 pandemic have forced many companies and organizations to scramble to build out remote work infrastructure. Hiring presents a challenge in the best of time, but many are facing the new challenge of how identify their top talent remotely. The last thing employers have time for is researching how to change their hiring practices to fit this new environment. This event will cover the  process of remote interviewing and how it may differ from in-person interviews. It will additionally explore best practices that can increase your confidence in hiring the best candidate, and improve the security and fairness of your process.
