We are currently recruiting for a Human Resources Analyst in Recruitment and Classification. The Human Resources Analyst performs difficult and responsible professional level human resources work; coordinates and administers recruitment and examination processes, develops job related selection procedures, prepares statistical analysis of examination processes, and assists with classification studies. The minimum qualifications are a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in personnel administration, business, public administration or a related field, and two years of technical or professional level human resources experience.

The City of Sunnyvale provides an excellent benefits package, including 4% City-paid Employee PERS contribution and the 2% at 60 retirement plan for Classic employees. Salary: $90,313.60 – $115,273.60 Annually; a 3.5% confidential premium is reflected in the advertised rates
