CPS HR Consulting has a full-time opportunity for an experienced HR test development professional to lead and participate in the design of examinations for client needs across North America. Previous experience must include multiple-choice examination development. Public Sector experience is highly desired. The successful
candidate will be skilled in effective written and oral communication, have excellent analytical, research, psychometric, and statistical skills, and will possess independent problem solving abilities. The consultant will be expected to work collaboratively with CPS HR team members. Primary work will focus on test development for employee selection.
