Shelley Langan, SPHR has more than 30 years of experience (yikes!) within a broad range of full service HR arenas. She is currently the Human Resources Manager for Placer County Water Agency. Prior to joining PCWA, Ms. Langan held leadership positions with the California Correctional Health Care Services, CPS HR Consulting, the California State Personnel Board, and the Sacramento Municipal Utility District. She is a frequent trainer and speaker and is active in professional organizations. She is a past-President and board member of the Personnel Testing Council of Northern California, past officer and board member of the International Personnel Assessment Council (IPAC), and active in the Western Region Intergovernmental Personnel Assessment Council (WRIPAC). Shelley is the 2014 recipient of the Stephen E. Bemis Memorial Award of Excellence for Outstanding Achievement in Personnel Management.
